TudiHub is a digital plugin shop where you can purchase plugins for WordPress directly or custom order unique plugins for your needs via mail. No set price will be there for custom order plugini its price will be decided after needed specialites. We hope to create positive and happy experience. Please read on to find out more about your rights, as well as what is expected of you, as a buyer.
Products Service and purchase
After sale of product we have customer service for implementation for a small price if customer do not know how. Also have frequent needed updates for products.
We are currently using Paddle payment system only, we may share your personal or transactional information with those third-party service providers for purposes related to payments processing. The provider and processing time for your payment will vary based on the country in which you’re located. If there are insufficient funds in your bank account when our provider processes the payment for your purchase, we reserves the right to contact you directly and to seek payment.
Paddle is a third-party service provided by Paddle.com Market Limited so you may also be subject to an agreement with the paddle user agreement.
What rights you have over your data (comment, cokies, reviews, etc)
Here is the rules you need yo know about what right you have and have not about comment and review section;
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
- We highly recommend you to leave reviews on our products since reviews are a great way to learn about product. Your review and/or video or photograph and profile information will be publicly displayed.
- By leaving a review, video, or photograph, you acknowledge that your content must not violate our rules such as:
- It will not contain graphic, mature, or obscene language or imagery,
- It will not contain threats, harassment, extortion, or violates our rules about interference;
- It will not violate someone else’s personal rights, intellectual property rights;
- It will not be false, deceptive, or misleading;
- It will not contains unsolicited advertising or promotions, spam;
- It will not contains private information, whether it is your own, or someone else’s;
- We reserve the right to remove reviews, videos, or photographs that violate our policies or Terms of Use.
- If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
- When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
- The cookies and comments will last at least for one year.
- For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
- If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

Affiliate
We do nor restrict selling of our product but we only permit under right circumstances such as having a affiliate contract with us. This contract only require %20 of our selling price, does not require you to sell at same price, so you have right to decide the selling price.
Amendments
We may add,modify, update or change terms and conditions above time to time. Those changes are at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to read and review these changes. We have to remind you that you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions after purchasing the products.
